Can't mod for Heroism :: Marvel's Midnight Suns General Discussions

When I try to mod and the choices appear, even though +1 Heroism appears, when I select it, it never appears on the card. I can put "Redraw and get +1 Heroism" on a card but not just +1 Heroism. Anyone else having that issue?
