Really low FPS for WoW. - Graphics Cards - Linus Tech Tips

My FPS for World of Warcraft is killing me and I can't figure out where the problem is. Maybe someone has an idea that I haven't tried yet but just about anything has got to be better than I am getting now. Using the AMD Adrenalin software (latest version of course) I receive the FPS shown below.

Does anyone know why I am getting like 2 fps even though I exceed the recommended specs? The GPU and CPU utilisation are also extremely low. I also have the game on
