While you don't traditionally catch Pokémon in Pokémon Sleep, there are nearly 200 Pokémon to encounter and befriend, all of which might even be Shiny. The rarity and species of Pokémon you can encounter rely on not only your current Snorlax's Drowsy Power but also the island you're raising your Snorlax on. While more Pokémon might be added over time, as of the game's v1.0 launch on the 16th of July, 2023, these are all the Pokémon you might be able to encounter.
