World or Rise? :: Monster Hunter: World General Discussions

Hey guys, I’m trying to decide if I should try MHW or Rise. Trick is, I’ve never played one of these “hunting” type RPGs before, but I really like games with similar combat. In particular a couple of games I really liked recently were Nioh and Nier Automata. For someone who really likes those two games and may want to play single player, which of the two MH games would be more suitable as a “first entry”?
