Helio, Yu-Gi-Oh! Wiki

Helio is a character appearing in World Championship video games. In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2009: Stardust Accelerator, Helio will trade with you on a card-for-card basis after you defeat the game. He is in the card shop in the Daimon Area. Due to the discontinuation of Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, he is now the only way to obtain the Egyptian God Cards in these games. In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2009: Stardust Accelerator, Helio uses a "Blue-Eyes" Deck, titled "Legend Forever!
