Kingdom Hearts (Platinum) PS2 PAL ITA Kingdom Hearts (キングダムハーツ Kingudamu Hātsu?) Is an action RPG video game developed and published by Square (now Square Enix) in 2002 for the PlayStation 2 console. [2] It is the first video game in the series of the same name, and is the result of a collaboration between Square (now Square Enix) and The Walt Disney Company. The video game combines characters and settings from Disney animation with those from the Square Enix series [3]. The story follows a boy, Sora, as he is thrown into an epic battle against the forces of darkness. He is joined by Donald Duck, Goofy and other classic Disney characters who help him in his mission. The game broke away from the usual Square RPGs, introducing a substantial element of dynamic adventure to the gameplay. Kingdom Hearts has an all-star voice cast, and includes most of the official voice actors of Disney characters. [4] It was the directorial debut of Square character designer Tetsuya Nomura.
