Weird Mesh Glitching - Modeling - Blender Artists Community

Does anyone know i can fix this ? As you can see in the gif i have uploaded (if the gif has not uploaded i will upload a link to the gif as a comment ) The Mesh has got this Weird Glitching Fly this model was maybe originally a FBX then it got converted to a MMD then a Source Engine model , and now i have de-complied it
