The Blackout is a enigmatic level of the Backrooms and it appear to be a inverted version of The Whiteout. Like The Whiteout this level has ladders, closets but also shelves and rusty pipes that can be seen when exploring the level. This level also has lights on the celling. The color of the lights is bright red. This level has hounds which are the only entity here and there are seen very commonly in The Blackout.
