This Mini 7 blade kit can now be operated by use of a crank handle, reduced KW motor or torque drill with variable speed and high torque setting allowing the operator to set the RPM or NM requirement. Pedal power is also used by customers on this design. NOT INCLUDED - Hex Steel Shaft 32mm and turned to 30mm is not included to reduce costs for the community. UCFL 206 Bearings are not included but can be purchased in the parts section of PP. we can supply a good honest turner to turn your shaft for you at cheap cost and delivery. message please and information will be sent to you. Crank handle not included. Nuts, Bolts, threaded rod and the 4 x bearing bolts are included in this parts kit. Shredder is designed to be clamped/compressed/Bolted together with positioned tabs plus M10 threaded rod. We clean, belt sand and inspect (prepare your shredder) all required faces of the build before shipping. 7 blade Mini Dimensions: Shaft length 225mm X 210mm (wide) X 145mm (High) Box Cutting Area: 139mm x 74mm and Teeth are 5mm thickness for Granulation. Mini Sieve frame/6mm mesh is Pre-welded for you. The sieve has been fully re-designed to allow ease of handling and fitment into the granulation area. Sieve assembly is much stronger with safety as a factor for operators. A Handle is added to the sieve frame for added safety. Welding carried out to BS4872 certified Standards.
