The hog rider is only 4 elixir and can deal damage for any building in the game, you can also form the best pushes with the hog rider in arena 8 and 9. The best arena 8 and arena 9 deck for the hog rider in clash royale is for arena 7(royal arena) arena 8(frozen peak) arena 9(jungle arena) and arena 10(legendary arena). These few cards(giant,executioner, mega minion and musketeer) is deadly in a deck and will wreck your opponent. Use the hog rider wisley in arena 8 and arena 9 to form a deadly push to rule your opponent. Number 1, buy him in the shop for only 40 gold, you can buy more hog rider cards if you want. Number 2, you can get the hog rider from any chest if you are lucky enough. There are a few chests in clash royale including: free chest, silver chest, golden chest, clan chest, crown chest, magical chest, giant chest, super magical chest, epic chest and legendary chest. Number 3 you can win the hog rider from challenges and tournament chest or clan chest wich is not to hard at all for the best card ever. The same for the hog rider as the above to get the executioner as well. I got all the way up to 11 wins with the best hog rider deck for the battle ram challenge and i won the battle ram and even some executioner cards.
